NEW YORK

Inspired by a storied Mexico City hangout, where legend has it Che Guevara and Fidel Castro plotted the Cuban Revolution, the flagship Café Habana location was created out of an old-school New York diner in 1997. Eighteen years later, Café Habana remains an institution, one that has grown to spread the ideal of "good times around good food" globally, with locations in Malibu, Dubai and Tokyo as well as three additional locations in Brooklyn- including two Habana To-Go's in the landmark Barclays Center and the Habana Outpost, Meenan's eco-conscious neighborhood restaurant concept, in Fort Greene.
